Justice League DP Isn’t Sure Whether The Zack Snyder Cut Exists
The Zack Snyder cut of Justice League has quickly become DCEU fans' holy grail. After the underwhelming, mismatched disappointment that lumbered into cinemas last month, critics and audiences alike tore into a movie that was obviously the product of two conflicting directorial styles (and no small amount of studio interference). We know that some version of the movie was screened to Warner Bros. execs back in the spring of 2017 and apparently, they reacted poorly to it, fearing a repeat of the Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice critical evisceration.

George Lucas Planned For Leia To Develop Her Force Skills In Episodes 7-9
Though Skywalker blood is potent stuff, Princess/General Leia never displayed much desire to train herself in the ways of the Force, largely limiting herself to a loose telepathic connection with her brother Luke. In fact, it's taken until Star Wars: The Last Jedi to see her use the Force in a more physical manner when she wills herself into an airlock on the Resistance Cruiser after First Order fighters destroy the bridge.

Marvel Studios Excited To Recast And Reboot Wolverine In The MCU
With Disney's merger with 21st Century Fox now a done deal, Marvel Studios have no doubt already begun planning how best to incorporate mutants and the Fantastic Four into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Justice League Has A Better Audience Score Than Star Wars: The Last Jedi
I realized pretty soon into Star Wars: The Last Jedi that it was going to be an incredibly divisive movie, at least amongst fans. At times it feels as if Rian Johnson has written his script with the intention of doing the complete opposite of what you'd expect from a Star Wars movie, or any big franchise blockbuster for that matter. It's certainly worlds away from the cosy, nostalgia dripping fan service of The Force Awakens.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi has a surprisingly good eye for fashion and couture. In the casino sequence on Canto Bight, for instance, Finn and Rose encounter the 1%'ers of the Star Wars universe, all dressed in the galaxy's finest and most expensive clothing. It looks as though whoever designed the costumes for this sequence had some fun in imagining the most extreme outfits they could.

The MCU Will Make Room For The X-Men As Disney/Fox Deal Nears Completion
In what could be the most significant bit of superhero news of the year, it's looking increasingly likely that the Walt Disney Company and 21st Century Fox are very close to finalizing a deal that could see properties like X-Men and Fantastic Four making their way to the MCU. The update comes courtesy of Variety, who are reporting that the companies now have their money-men poring over the fine print of the deal before making it public - which means that it's nearly good to go now.
