After seeing Cicada getting his ass handed to him for the second time, I imagine it'd be a good idea for him to go into hiding and rethink his game plan. I mean, Killer Frost could easily blast him into oblivion the next time they meet, but the producers need to drag this out until mid-May.
Though Young Justice has become lauded for its interpretations on DC's adolescent heroes, there have been some glaring omissions. After all, with so many characters making up the publisher's pantheon, you can't organically knock down them all right out of the gate. Plus, the show's lineup had to be different from Teen Titans' from the start, lest it be regarded as a rehash.
In addition to Jon Cryer's upcoming debut as Lex Luthor, Supergirl viewers have something else to look forward to, and that's Nicole Maines' Nia Nal finally donning a heroic costume of her own. Yes, we've known that she'd eventually take to the streets upon the announcement of her casting, but Arrowverse producers have once again wisely went with the slow burn approach.
I don't know about the rest of you diehard Supernatural fans, but I imagine many out there were just as thrilled as I to learn that none other than Jeffrey Dean Morgan will return for the 300th episode in just a few weeks. Though his arc as John Winchester had been technically tied up upon the conclusion of season 2, you'd just naturally expect for him to come back after many other major and minor players have done so through various means.
Throughout the years, the Arrowverse has flirted with Green Lantern lore, but it’s yet to formally introduce any sort of ringslinger into the fold. Seeing as how this is one of the few major boxes the DC TV shared continuity has yet to check off, one would hope that it be achieved before long. After all, the recent "Elseworlds" crossover heavily suggested that John Stewart is the Earth-90 doppelganger of John Diggle, so hopefully we can meet that fella down the line.
I don't know about you, but I was somewhat disappointed when Jeremiah Valeska didn't show up during last night's episode of Gotham. On the plus side, though, Ecco proved to be just as entertaining in his stead. Even if the producers are never allowed to use the name of "Harley Quinn," we all know what they were getting at.
For the past few months, we've all been speculating on what'll go down in Arrow's 150th episode. Seeing as how it's titled "Emerald Archer," it was only natural to assume that we could learn more about Oliver Queen's estranged sister who shares a similar affinity for green leather outfits and compound bows. Of course, this was merely an educated guess.
As a longtime viewer of Supernatural, I can say that the series has done a fine job of wrapping up dangling plot threads in due time. Although, I’m still waiting for updates regarding how “our” Michael has been doing since being locked in “the cage” near the end of season 5, not to mention whatever happened to that Antichrist kid introduced during the same year of programming.
Being a supporter of Henry Cavill's Superman, I'd certainly very much like to see him star in a proper sequel to 2013's Man of Steel. Now, you can argue semantics all you want about Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice being the followup, but what I yearn for is a solo flick centered on Big Blue.
Having been a fan of Ghostbusters since early childhood, you can imagine that seeing a proper third entry into the franchise has been on my wishlist since 1989. Unfortunately, nothing came to fruition in that regard, though a reboot somehow came together in short order following Harold Ramis' passing a few years back. As fate would have it, the new take on the concept wasn't received all that well, therefore any plans for a followup were scrapped.
