007 Legends Is Assembling A Classic Cast
007 Legends is looking to live up to its name in more than just the movies it incorporates. Written by Bruce Feirstein, who is not only responsible for a few of the film adaptations but has previously worked with Activision on both 007 Everything or Nothing and the Goldeneye 007 remake, the game was already going to be crafted by a legend - now we know that it will be voiced by some as well.

Left 4 Dead 2 Cold Stream DLC Delayed On Xbox 360
The Cold Stream DLC for Left 4 Dead 2 was announced to be breaking out of beta less than a month ago, with a simultaneous launch on the PC and Xbox 360 planned for today. The PC version has survived this campaign and is currently available on Steam, but the same can not be said for its console cousin who, having yet to appear in the safe house, appears to have fallen to the infected.

Dead Space 3 Will Encourage, Rather Than Enforce, Exploration
Visceral Games may have made changes to the franchise with Dead Space 3, many of which I have my reservations about, but one has to give them credit for the consideration that seems to have gone into their implementation. Much like the new co-op mode, it seems that the element of exploration that they have brought to the series is entirely optional - though that doesn't mean it won't be encouraged.

Skulls Of The Shogun Set To Launch Alongside Windows 8
Skulls of the Shogun is the highly-anticipated, accessible, asynchronous turn-based strategy game in development by 17-BIT. It has gathered many promises of day one purchases through its impressive demonstrations at various events, but exactly when that day will be has so far been incredibly speculative. Whilst still far from a confirmed date, the developers have now stated their intention to release alongside Windows 8 on October 26.
