House of Lies star Don Cheadle has been trying to get a movie about iconic jazz musician Miles Davis made since 2006, and now the pieces are finally falling into place. Cheadle will play the icon and make his directorial debut on the film, the title of which has been changed from Kill The Trumpet Player to Miles Ahead. Trainspotting actor Ewan McGregor will also star and now, Short Term 12 breakout Keith Stanfield has come aboard as well to take on the third lead role.
With Sex Tape's July release date quickly approaching, Columbia Pictures is pulling out all the stops in the latest red band trailer for the R-rated comedy. That means an overload of absolutely filthy sex jokes from stars Jason Segel and Cameron Diaz, as well as a healthy dollop of over-the-top slapstick and a few seconds of footage to highlight the movie's awesome supporting cast.

Though the lack of serious competition makes it sound like less of an achievement than it usually would, Deliver Us From Evil is shaping up to be the scariest movie of the summer. Directed by Scott Derrickson, who previously scared us witless with Sinister and The Exorcism Of Emily Rose, it focuses on a New York cop named Ralph Sarchie (Eric Bana) who becomes the target of a demonic entity after investigating a bizarre series of crimes.
The commercials and teases for Fox's highly anticipated fall show Gotham, which will chart the origins of Commissioner Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) as he works his way up through Gotham City's corrupt police department, have largely focused on Gordon himself, but the latest teaser for the series reminds us that Gotham will also work to introduce some of Batman's most iconic rogues - before the Caped Crusader ever donned his mask.
Marvel is continuing its media blitz for Guardians of the Galaxy with seven new images, which feature familiar faces like Rocket Raccoon and Groot, along with less-known parts of the blockbuster, including villain Ronan the Accuser, the starship Milano and the planet Knowhere.
