New Level Announced For Fantasia: Music Evolved
Fantasia: Music Evolved, the upcoming Kinect-centric rhythm game from Disney and Dance Central developer Harmonix, has a new level ready for announcement known as The Haven. In it, players will be able to explore a wintry forest, and as with other levels in the game, interact with the setting via Kinect gestures and end up affecting the environment. Three songs that will be featured in The Haven include "Four Seasons: Winter: 1st Movement" by Antonio Vivaldi, "Some Nights" by Fun., and "Settle Down" by Kimbra.

Keiji Inafune Launches Kickstarter For Spiritual Mega Man Successor
Capcom's iconic sidescrolling robot hero, Mega Man, has definitely fallen on hard times in recent years. Despite having various characters from the franchise making cameo appearances in fighting games such as Marvel vs. Capcom 3 or the upcoming Super Smash Bros., the last two planned entries in the series, Mega Man Legends 3 for 3DS and the downloadable Mega Man Universe, were both abruptly cancelled by Capcom a while back, with no news on a new game since.

New Kingdom Hearts HD Media Released
As far as media for the upcoming PS3 compilation Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX goes, we already got a promotional trailer showcasing the remastered version of the original 2002 Kingdom Hearts PS2 game that kicked off the series. Now, the other two titles that will be represented in the collection have their own preview video and set of screenshots to show off their enhanced visuals.

Guacamelee Gold Edition Comes To GOG.Com August 29
Guacamelee, the hit 2D Metroidvania-style game from indie developer DrinkBox Studios, will make its way onto the popular GOG.com downloadable game service tomorrow, August 29. The release will come in the form of Guacamelee Gold Edition, a compilation of the original game and additional DLC from the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions that was released on Steam earlier this month. There's something unique about this release, though - the GOG version of Guacamelee will be DRM-free for the first time, as well.

Four New Skylanders Swap Force Character Trailers Released
Skylanders Swap Force, the third entry in the popular toy-based action adventure game series, will boast a whopping 32 new playable characters, along with full backwards compatibility support for every character from previous games in the series. Of the 32, half will be traditional "core" Skylanders, while the other 16 will consist of the titular Swap Force characters. These particular figures will be able to separate their top and bottom halves and swap each half with parts from other Swap Force figures, allowing for 256 possible character combinations.

Ubsoft Releases New Rocksmith 2014 Info Video
Rocksmith 2014, the follow-up to Ubisoft's 2011 title that helped players learn how to play real-life guitar and bass songs, was previously announced at E3, and is currently scheduled for an October 22nd North American release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. Today, Ubisoft released a promotional video showcasing some of the features that returning players as well as novices can expect to see in the upcoming sequel.

BandFuse: Rock Legends Launches November 19
Realta Entertainment Group and Mastiff have announced a release date for the long-in-development rhythm game, BandFuse: Rock Legends. North American gamers can expect to find the game available on both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 19. Additional releases for Europe and Japan are also planned.

New Kingdom Hearts HD Media Surfaces
As we get closer to the release of Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX for the PS3, Square Enix has released new promotional media showcasing the spiffy high-def remastering players can expect to see in the compilation. More specifically, we have a new trailer and new screenshots focusing on the very first Kingdom Hearts game, which will be bundled along with Kingdom Hearts: Re:Chain of Memories and a cutscene compilation from Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days.
