Marvel and ABC have today released a new clip from tomorrow night's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., the second instalment in the third season. If you follow the series, you'll no doubt be well aware that a big focus this year is Daisy Johnson/Quake assembling a team best known to comic book fans as the Secret Warriors.
Following the release of a clip focusing on "Flash Day" and an Earth-2 villain, The CW has now released another, this time putting the spotlight on The Flash teaming up with Firestorm (Robbie Amell) to take on future DC's Legends of Tomorrow team members Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell).
The CW has today released the first official clip from the season two premiere of The Flash, and as you can see, it features Barry Allen arriving for "Flash Day," a celebration for the hero after he saved Central City from the wormhole which was opened up in the season one finale.
While Marvel and DC fans continue to bicker over which will be better, there's no denying that both Captain America: Civil War and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice are 2016's most highly anticipated releases. While the former will see the Avengers divided, the latter is all about establishing the DC Extended Universe and assembling the Justice League. Oh, and Batman and Superman kicking each other's butts as well.
There are a ton of reasons to be excited for Deadpool, a movie which for a long time appeared to have little to no chance of ever being made. Leaked test footage ensured that Fox had no other choice than to put it into production though, and both the promotional campaign and news of it being R-Rated has kept fans very happy (not to mention the great cast led by Ryan Reynolds).
If you're not a fan of the Transformers movies, then you may want to turn away now! While we already know that Transformers 5 is on the way (likely with Michael Bay at the helm) and an animated spinoff set on Cybertron is in the works, Hasbro Studios president Stephen J. Davis has revealed that we should get set for a lot more than that.
The CW has released the first official images from the second episode of The Flash's second season. Titled "Flash of Two Worlds," it promises to introduce us to Earth-2, the alternate reality which both Jay Garrick and Zoom call home.
With the recent title change of the Prometheus sequel to Alien: Paradise Lost, fans have been wondering what that means for Neill Blomkamp's plans for Alien 5, a movie which will apparently pick up after Aliens (thereby forgetting the divisive third and fourth instalments of the franchise).
