Our first sneak peek at Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 really didn't reveal much, and while a full length trailer is right around the corner, don't expect that to shed too much light on the plot. During a recent interview to promote the release of the first trailer for The Belko Experiment, director James Gunn explained why he plans on keeping his cards close to his chest.
As of right now, we know very little about what to expect from Ben Affleck's The Batman. It's obviously been confirmed that the Caped Crusader will take on Deathstroke, but beyond that, we really have no idea what the story will entail or which familiar faces from the DC Extended Universe will show up in the highly anticipated release.
The CW has released a first look at next week's episode of Legends of Tomorrow, and it's clear that things are about to get a whole lot worse for the team now that they're back on their time travelling adventures. It was in tonight's instalment that they helped thwart the "Invasion!", but with the Legion of Doom about to assemble, aliens are the least of their worries!
Are we getting a Suicide Squad 2? It's the question that's been on many people's minds ever since Task Force X first burst into theatres back in August. Warner Bros. might be focusing most of their efforts right now on Wonder Woman and Justice League, and to a lesser extent, The Batman, but it's eventually going to be decision time for the studio, as fans will only wait around for so long before losing interest in the property.
Have you seen enough of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story yet? Unless you're an absolute diehard fan of the franchise, your answer to that is probably, and understandably, a resounding yes. For the past month or so, it's been an all out assault from Disney in regards to their marketing campaign for the film. They've been hitting us with trailers, TV spots, promos, images, posters - you name it, and they've got it. At this point, we're seeing something new almost every day, and it's in danger of getting to the point of overkill.
The hype train for Spider-Man: Homecoming is really picking up now, and we couldn't be happier about it. We've seen absolutely nothing from Marvel's upcoming reboot of the webslinger and with the film set to arrive in July, it's definitely time for a teaser trailer, at the very least. Thankfully, our prayers will be answered on December 16th, when the first preview hits theatres attached to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. But could it land online earlier than that?
Is Rogue One: A Star Wars Story actually going to be any good? That's a question a lot of fans are asking right now as Disney continues to throw images, promos, trailers and TV spots at us at an alarming rate. This week, we've got yet another new batch of images and they give us a great look at both the rebellious heroes and some of the new villains, like the Deathtroopers.
Tonight's 100th episode of Arrow featured some fun surprises and helped move the "Invasion!" storyline along for tomorrow's finale in Legends of Tomorrow. While most of the episode was devoted to Oliver Queen and company attempting to fight their way out of a shared hallucination, we also learned that the full force of the Dominators are on their way to Earth.
Both Spider-Man: Homecoming and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 look set to receive the spotlight at Brazil's CCXP this coming weekend, and now the teaser poster for the latter has seemingly found its way online. As you can see below, it puts the spotlight on the iconic symbol which will adorn the chest of Tom Holland's wall-crawler.
A few weeks back, Marvel shocked everyone when they announced that they'd be bringing The Inhumans to television. It was surprising because many people thought that if anything, the characters would appear in a future Phase 4 film, not on the small screen. Fans had also assumed that the studio scrapped plans for the titular heroes, since we hadn't heard about them in quite some time.
