In last night's episode of The Flash, we learned just how much of an impact Barry Allen's trip back in time has had on the lives of his family and friends. Caitlin Snow has developed Killer Frost's powers, Cisco's brother was killed by a drunk driver, and over in Arrow, Diggle's baby daughter Sara is now his little boy John Diggle Jr. (who became Green Arrow in Legends of Tomorrow).
We've got some bittersweet news to report on tonight for those of you eagerly anticipating Shane Black's The Predator. THR is telling us that Benicio Del Toro has bowed out of the film today, after having his eye on the lead role for some time. The studio cites scheduling issues as the reason for his departure, and given how busy the actor has been lately, we're inclined to believe them.
While Supergirl performed admirably on CBS, it never really lived up to the network's expectations (especially given how much they were apparently spending on it). The show's move to The CW made sense for a number of reasons, and while some perceived it as a risky move - there was after all nothing to say viewers would follow the series to its new home - it looks like the "gamble" has paid off for Supergirl as it scored record ratings last night.
Season two of Legends of Tomorrow premieres on The CW this Thursday, and DC Entertainment has today released the first clip from the episode. Having clearly not learned their lesson, it looks like the team will continue meddling with history after plucking Albert Einstein out of the timestream in a bid to save New York City. That's a pretty good reason to be fair, and this clip is certainly fun to
There was a lot of great TV to enjoy over the summer, but none of that really helped make the long wait for The Walking Dead's return any less agonizing. Season 6 ended on a massive cliffhanger, and while it will be great to learn the identity of Negan's victim in the opening few minutes, what comes after that is in many ways even more intriguing.
This past weekend, Marvel and Netflix finally pulled back the curtain on Iron Fist with the release of the first teaser trailer and a revealing panel at the New York Comic Con. There's obviously still an awful lot we don't know about the series (after all, it isn't set to be released until next March), but some interesting new details have now found their way online.
Back in August, we heard that we'll be getting our first look at The Dark Tower on October 29th during Entertainment Weekly's Popfest event. It's been a long wait for fans who've been eager to see footage ever since the adaption was announced, and though we don't have much longer to go now, a leaked version of the trailer has made its way online.
Just like Diamondback was kept under wraps before the release of Luke Cage's first season, we still have no idea who will be the real big bad of Iron Fist when it hits Netflix next year. Footage shown at the New York Comic-Con confirmed that Danny Rand is destined to take on The Hand, but that's something which is likely being saved for The Defenders.
After months of silence, the curtain is finally being pulled back on Hugh Jackman's final appearance as Wolverine. Titled Logan, plot details are still being kept under wraps, but it's thought that the story will revolve around the hero going up against Mr. Sinister as he looks to protect both a young X-23 and a Professor X whose health is failing.
Originally one of Jack Bauer's closest allies in 24 before his apparent demise, Tony Almeida returned from the dead as a villain only for it to later be revealed that he was working undercover in a bid to exact revenge on the organisation responsible for the murder of his wife. Going off book, Tony broke a lot of laws in his quest for vengeance and ultimately ended up behind bars.
