Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Confirmed; First Details And Screenshots
Activision pulled the trigger a little early today on the reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 by updating the game's official website with confirmation of the title prior to the official reveal tonight during the NBA playoffs. While most of the information has since been taken down, it was very much up for all to see this morning and therefore has been preserved on countless non-Activision servers.

Midnight Purple 3DS Hits The U.S. On May 20th
One of Nintendo's most well used tricks to push hardware sales over the years has been to take their existing system, swap out the plastic bits for plastic bits of a different color, and release it under a fancy name. Staying true to that tradition, The Big N announced today that they will release a "Midnight Purple" 3DS on May 20th in the United States.

Skype Video And Voice Calling Hits Vita Today
As promised prior to the handheld's launch, the Skype Video and Voice Calling app for the PlayStation Vita will be available later today via the PlayStation Store. The Skype app for Vita allows free Skype-to-Skype voice calling, and video calling using the system's front and rear cameras, over both Wi-Fi and 3G (assuming you have the 3G version of the Vita).

New Far Cry 3 Multiplayer Screenshots
Ubisoft released some nice assets for Far Cry 3 today, specifically nine new gorgeous screenshots of the game's multiplayer mode. The screenshots are all of a level with a tropical-village setting and show lots of firefights, zip line action, beautiful vistas, and some nice sniper spots (although, the game's new kill cam features will make sure you don't sit around in those spots for very long).
