Jeremy “Linsanity” Lin Is Houston Bound
It appears that Jeremy Lin is taking his talents to Texas. His grand total of 25 starts last season has snagged him a $25 million dollar pay day. Not bad. The New York Knicks chose not to match the Houston Rockets offer sheet for Jeremy Lin, according to the New York Times, and he will suit up for the Rockets next year.

Major League Baseball Second Half Outlook
Before the 2012 Major League Baseball season, I took a stab at some playoff predictions, and at the break, I'm hovering around the Mendoza line (insert sad trombone here). There's a few surprise teams that have literally come out of nowhere to lead their respective divisions, really throwing my picks for a loop. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Anderson Silva Or Chael Sonnen: Who Do You Have Your Money On?
The most anticipated rematch in the history of the UFC is taking place this Saturday night in Las Vegas, Nevada at the MGM Grand. Middleweight champion Anderson Silva will take on Chael Sonnen in the main event of UFC 148, in a rematch of their UFC 117 bout from nearly 2 years ago. They say 'fighting styles' make fights, so this has the potential to be another doozy. That being said, there's also a chance that it will end quickly.

NBA Franchise Centers Aren’t What They Used To Be
The center position isn't what it used to be in the NBA. Oh sure, we have a handful of big guys manning the paint that can score down low, rebound, and defend. Guys like Dwight Howard, Andrew Bynum, and ... um... is Kevin Garnett playing center now? Perhaps "handful" is a bit of an overstatement. The quality of players playing the traditional 5 position is lacking in the NBA. Nothing shows this more than the outlandish contracts being offered to a couple of restricted free agents.

Who’s Number Two In The NBA Draft After Anthony Davis?
The NBA Draft is tomorrow night, and the only sure thing seems to be that the New Orleans Hornets will take Kentucky one and done Power Forward/Center Anthony Davis. The 6'11" Davis is as sure a thing as there's been in the NBA draft. He has the potential to be a game changing defensive player, and offensively he has the full face up game with range and the ability to dribble. But after the Hornets secure their franchise player, the Charlotte Bobcats will be on the clock with no consensus player waiting to turn their franchise around.

Roger Clemens Found Guilty In The Court Of Puplic Opinion
Roger Clemens has been found guilty in the court of public opinion and honestly, that's all that really matters. But for those that want the facts, Roger Clemens was actually found not guilty on all six charges in his perjury trial. Most casual fans probably don't even know what he was on trial for. They know it had something to do with using steroids or performance enhancing drugs (PED), but he was on trial for lying to Congress. Which is hypocritical in my opinion with how much Congress lies to the American public, but this isn't the place for that rant.

Are Tim Tebow’s QB Days Nearing An End?
For every NFL scout that believes Tim Tebow could become a successful NFL quarterback, there are 25 others that believe a position change would do his career best. Fullback or tight end are positions most think he should transition to. But for 2012 at least, he's set to be the #2 QB behind Mark Sanchez with the New York Jets. But how long will he be content to hold a clipboard? Tim Tebow is a football player, and at some point his desire to play may overwhelm his desire to play QB.
