Upon arriving, the Kents embrace Kal-El, later to be renamed Clark, as their own son. Over time, Clark realizes he has superhuman powers and the abilities, but struggles to understand why. However, when the world is threatened Clark realizes his job is to protect his new home from all evil forces.
Franklin & Bash is one of the few dramas to end cliffhanger free last season. In fact, the finale, "Go Tell It on the Mountain" was one of my favorite episodes of the entire first season.
