The battle over Spider-Man's cinematic future still doesn't appear to be over. With Disney at one point rumored to have been negotiating with Sony to buy back the character, and now Apple rumored to be considering buying Sony and creating a whole new movie licensing deal for the hero, fans are still spending their days online agonizing over whether or not Spidey will be allowed to return home to the MCU, or if he'll be yanked into a separate cinematic universe by Sony.
Marvel's next big project gearing up for release is Black Widow's first standalone movie in the MCU, which places Natasha Romanoff in the curious position of being dead in the current cinematic timeline while her own movie explores her past roots. But did Widow really die in Avengers: Endgame? It certainly looked that way, but a scene from her new flick might tell a different story.
Ever since the start of Titans, fans have lauded the gritty, realistic take on the teen superhero team that had previously become known as something of a comedy group thanks to their earlier, sillier cartoon adaptations. One thing that's remained consistent across all the different versions though is the focus on Dick Grayson, played by Brenton Thwaites, as the leader of the group. And according to leaked photos from the set of the second season of the show, we'll soon get to see Grayson in his first-ever live-action Nightwing costume.
Rob Zombie is gearing up for the release of his new movie 3 From Hell, the final part of the cult horror trilogy that started with House of 1000 Corpses and continued with The Devil's Rejects. But while fans might think the 3 in the movie title refers to the three original protagonists of the trilogy, namely Otis, Baby, and Captain Spaulding, that is not the case. During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the director revealed:
It seems that the MCU has made a boo-boo in Avengers: Endgame with regards to one of the children of Thanos: Cull Obsidian and specifically, his seeming ability to be in two places at once. Now that the movie is out on Blu-ray, dedicated fans are spending hours sifting through every second of footage, especially of the glorious climactic battle between Thanos' army and the entire roster of MCU heroes, looking for errors. And in the aforementioned fight, a bizarre sighting of Cull Obsidian has been spotted by eagle-eyed viewers.
