Kanye West’s details alleged intimate relationship with cousin in new song

Controversial rapper Kanye West has put out a new song called COUSINS, which reportedly describes a sexual relationship he had with a male cousin during their childhood. The cousin is currently in prison. The song comes with a music video that includes clips from video games and images that are partly pornographic.

Warning: Incestuous details below.

The lyrics of the song supposedly talk about West finding adult magazines in his late mother Donda’s belongings, specifically magazines showing homosexual acts. According to reports, West says he then showed these magazines to his cousin, and they acted out the sexual scenes they saw.

The song claims this relationship lasted until West was fourteen years old. The music video apparently supports these claims by using visuals that match the themes in the lyrics. You can watch it on X, but we won’t post the actual video here.

Kanye West admits to very intimate relationship with his cousin

This new information adds a complicated layer to what West has said publicly about his cousin before. In a 2018 interview with Jimmy Kimmel, West gave what seemed like a warm shout-out to his cousin, who was in prison for murder, saying he still loved him despite the crime.

At the time, this seemed like a simple show of family loyalty, but now, in light of the claims in COUSINS, it takes on a darker meaning. Additionally, West’s then-wife, Kim Kardashian, was involved in supporting his cousin’s legal case. As part of her work with the Frederick Douglass Project for Justice, she spoke about the struggles West’s family faced in their Chicago neighborhood and how systemic issues played a role in his cousin’s situation.

The song suggests West believes this childhood experience had a major impact on both his and his cousin’s troubled lives. The story presented connects the trauma of finding and engaging with adult material at a young age to the hardships both men later faced.

Beyond the immediate controversy around COUSINS, the song also highlights other changes in West’s music career. Reports say he plans to rename his upcoming album from WW3 to CUCK. This change, along with the intense and emotional content of COUSINS, suggests a possible shift in West’s artistic style and personal storytelling.

This kind of thing is very complicated and should be taken seriously. West has said nothing since his tweet.
