First released as a PlayStation Vita exclusive back in April, news of the somewhat unsurprising ports comes via the studio’s official Twitter account, confirming that Severed will launch for all three systems in the next few months. It’ll feature Cross-Buy on the Nintendo platforms, meaning you’ll only have to purchase DrinkBox’s new IP once to enjoy on both systems.

Chronicling the harrowing journey of Sasha, Severed is a decidedly darker creative effort from the folks at DrinkBox, best known for hatching both Mutant Blobs Attack and the really rather brilliant Guacamelee! It does feature a similar art style to the developer’s Mexican adventure, and that’s one of the many reasons why we loved its debut on PS Vita earlier this year.

Following its bow on PlayStation Vita, Severed will slice and dice its way onto Wii U, 3DS and iOS devices in the summer. No word yet on pricing plans, but for a point of reference Drinkbox’s garish slasher is currently going for $14.99 on PSN.
