Deadly Premonition Sequel, Prequel And Special Edition Planned

Deadly Premonition was one of the most unique games I’ve ever played and was absolutely awesome, up to the point when the gameplay kicked in and you were forced to try and fight. Outside of that (and the graphics), the characters and the story were both interesting and deep.

That being said, I didn’t think for a second we would ever see any more of it, let alone enough to fill three games. Reported by 8bitfix, Swery65 has plans to make a special edition of the original game with improved graphics, as well as both a sequel and a prequel.

No news yet as to how likely any of these ideas are to see the light of day, but it’s interesting nonetheless.
