Gearbox and 2K Games have just released the second part to their behind the scenes glimpse of the Duke’s mega reboot, Duke Nukem Forever. The developers discuss the history of the franchise and the move to 3D back in 1996 (not the crazy expensive- funky glasses 3D mind). Plenty of strong opinions but not so much gameplay unfortunately.
Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford today confirmed that a Duke Nukem Forever demo will be available for those who’ve either purchased the game of the year edition of Borderlands or pre-ordered Duke Nukem Forever. The demo will go live on June 3rd. Surprisingly there hasn’t been that much raw in game footage released for the many watchful eyes to feast on thus far, and the majority of the game has been carefully kept under lock and key.
We’ll all have to wait just a bit longer to see how things have FINALLY turned out. But for now, check out the video below.
