Gears Of War: Exile Is No More

Cliff Bleszinski, design director for Epic Games, spoke to Gamespot regarding the studio's rumoured on-rails Kinect title, Gears of War: Exile. Trademarks for the game were filed back in January 2011, with a reveal rumored for E3 2011. However, nothing came to fruition.

Cliff Bleszinski, design director for Epic Games, spoke to Gamespot regarding the studio’s rumoured on-rails Kinect title, Gears of War: Exile. Trademarks for the game were filed back in January 2011, with a reveal rumored for E3 2011. However, nothing came to fruition.

“Let’s just bury the hatchet now,” said Bleszinski “Gears of War: Exile was an unannounced game that I can’t give any details about that has since been cancelled.”
