Since arriving on Xbox One, PC and PS4 back in January, the near-universal consensus is that Capcom hit a massive home run with their remake of Resident Evil 2 and its famous cast. But if there’s one particular character that’s stood – quite literally – head and shoulders above the rest, it’d have to be the iconic and downright terrifying Mr. X.
The T-Virus infused bioweapon sent out by Umbrella to seek and destroy any survivors of the Raccoon City incident has haunted our dreams for months now, and understandably so. But Mr. X has also found himself as something of an internet sensation as of late, thanks in no small part to his stylish dress sense and a number of hilarious mods and memes featuring the menacing baddie.
But why should the Tyrant get all the fun? There’s a number of other things that can be altered and modified in Resident Evil 2 aside from just him and this latest mod shows us exactly that, as it’s turned every zombie in the game into a piece of STARS beret-wearing tofu from the Tofu Survivor Mode. We kid you not.
According to its creator, this was done as an homage to the tofu mode found in 2009’s Darkside Chronicles.
