New Japanese Dragon’s Crown Trailer Released

Dragon’s Crown, the upcoming RPG-brawler hybrid from Atlus and Vanillaware, is currently scheduled for a Japanese release on July 25th, with the North American version scheduled for August 6th. As the game nears release, Atlus has put out an extensive new trailer, which despite being entirely in Japanese, does offer some interesting gameplay details.

Besides showcasing the stylish hand-drawn character art, a brief moment shows what appears to be the character inventory, which will allow different weapons to be equipped, complete with unique in-game art for each one. Four-player local co-op is also confirmed for both versions of the game (PS3 & Vita), along with some sort of battle mode.

We will keep you updated on Dragon’s Crown as more news becomes available. For now, check out the trailer below and let us know what you think.
