Nintendo have confirmed to Eurogamer that they will be showing off a new Mario game for the Wii U at this year’s upcoming E3. The game will be based on the four player Mario experience that was shown off at E3 2011.

That game was basically New Super Mario Bros. Wii with the addition of Miis. It’s not known, however, how this game has developed since last year. Indeed, its new form may be something completely different. Nintendo are also sure to demonstrate how the Wii U’s WiiPad is used.

Are you excited to see how this game turns out, or are you a bit worn out of Mario?
