Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past 24 hours, it’s almost been difficult to not be swept up in the infectious excitement surrounding the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. There’s another story coming from the famed galaxy far, far away really rather soon though, and to capitalize on the hype engulfing J.J. Abrams’ December blockbuster, EA and DICE have confirmed that players will be able to control a new roster of heroes and villains in next month’s Star Wars Battlefront.

But rest assured, there is plenty more content included in the final build of Star Wars Battlefront, with DICE nothing that “playing as a Hero or Villain character in Star Wars Battlefront (including Luke Skywalker or Darth Vader) isn’t only about charging fearlessly into battle and laying waste to enemy troopers; it’s also about defensive tactics and supporting your team.”
Star Wars Battlefront is primed to blast onto PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 17. To whet your appetite for the shooter’s arrival, you can feast your eyes on the new additions to the cast below and experience a potent blast of nostalgia through yesterday’s live-action teaser.
