Sony has posted this week’s PlayStation Plus update, revealing that the 2011 arcade shooter Galaga Legions DX will be added to Plus subscribers’ free Instant Game Collection on Tuesday, September 10th.

Tomorrow’s PS Store update will also include the final week of the PS Vita Summer Select sale, meaning PlayStation Plus subscribers can pick up Dragon Fantasy Book II (Cross-Buy on the PS3 and Vita) for $11.99 (regular price: $14.99) during its launch week. Additionally, Doodle God for the PS Vita is being marked down from $5.99 to $4.49 for Plus members.

Outside of the IGC update and Vita sales, Sony is also hosting a Call of Duty franchise sale for the Modern Warfare and Black Ops titles and their respective DLC. The sale lasts until September 17th and covers the following games:

Finally, Gearbox Software’s disappointing Aliens: Colonial Marines is on sale for $14.99 ($8.99 for PlayStation Plus). The game’s various DLC and Bundles are also discounted, but this is one bargain bin title that you will definitely want to read up on before purchasing at any price.
