It seems we now have one more Avengers: Endgame tie-in product to add to the growing list of material showing our heroes in new white suits. In this case, Tony Stark is the one to wear the getup for a freshly surfaced Pop! figure.
The design seems very much in line with the leaked Pop! artwork that emerged earlier this year, complete with the logo on his chest, but now that we can see the model in greater detail, it looks like Iron Man is wearing the same wrist device that Thor and Black Widow, among others, have sported in previous images. It only figures that Stark too would be wearing the gear, seeing how Robert Downey Jr. was previously spotted on set with the prop while wandering through a recreation of the Battle of New York from 2012’s The Avengers.

What exactly these wrist devices do remains to be seen, though it’s becoming a popular prediction that they’ll somehow be related to time travel, since the evidence is mounting pretty high that Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will journey into the past in order to reverse the events of Avengers: Infinity War. As for the white suits, the most prominent theory by a wide margin is that they’ll allow the gang to venture into the Quantum Realm.
But as prominent as both the wrist devices and the suits are in various leaks and merchandise, we’ve yet to see any actual footage of either. Perhaps Marvel Studios is saving the reveal for the next full trailer, which is looking likely to drop some time this month. Then again, maybe we won’t see the team’s new gear until Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26th, 2019.
