However, Josh Trank’s take is set to right the wrongs of the 2005 dud. In this summer’s offering, the titular four will acquire their individual powers after journeying to an alternate world. Their visit leaves Johnny Storm, Sue Storm, Reed Richards and Ben Grimm gifted with unique abilities that they must learn to manipulate in order to wipe out the villainous Doctor Doom.

Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.
