Apparently Disney is considering sequelizing their 1997 “hit” Flubber, staring Robin Williams. The very first one, The Absent Minded Professor, spawned a sequel, Son of Flubber, so it’s not really surprising Disney would continue to jump on the 3D craze with another property.
I enjoyed Flubber, that is until I watched it several years later and realized how stupid it is. Good news this all hinders on Robin Williams involvement, bad news? This all hinders on Robin Williams involvement. Talk was running rampant about a Mrs. Doubtfire movie years ago and the comic killed that before it could even get started. I’m hoping he kills this as well. I would much rather watch a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel.
