Dream House aside – Daniel Craig sure has had a great year. The James Bond actor has starred in both The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo and The Adventures of Tintin, two films by Hollywood powerhouses sure to make piles of cash. His next James Bond film which is currently filming, Skyfall, is set to hit theaters in November of 2012.

And things keep looking up: James Bond producer Michael G. Wilson had a few good words for Daniel Craig in a recent interview with People.co.uk. Wilson says he would like Craig to play Bond for five more films, making his total number of Bond films eight – just one more film than that of Roger Moore‘s record, seven.

Nothing is official yet, but Wilson says they will definitely be talking to Craig about this commitment once Skyfall finishes filming.

I may not be the biggest James Bond fan on the block, but I do enjoy the acting of Daniel Craig and am happy for his continued success. It would also be pretty cool for the Bond of my generation to hold the starring record.
