Almost a year after the initial release of Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Zack Snyder’s divisive tentpole continues to be a hot-button topic. Perhaps its prevalence can be attributed to the colossal marketing campaign staged by Warner Bros. prior to release, or the fact that, regardless of what you think of the end product, Batman V Superman brought together the DC Trinity in Bats, Wonder Woman and the Man of Steel.
Today brings forth a new, behind-the-scenes shot of the latter charging into battle. Unveiled via Henry Cavill’s personal Instagram feed (via CBM), the towering Brit joked: “Remembering a time while shooting BvS and they told me I wasn’t allowed my usual Salted Caramel Mochaccino with skinny coconut milk and whip.” Talk about executing Throwback Thursday in style, eh?

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice released back in March of 2016 and has since gone on to become something of a cult classic. Its leading trifecta – namely Batman, Wonder Woman and the Man of Steel – will next be seen coming together for Zack Snyder’s Justice League in November 2017, at which point our heroes will be rubbing shoulders with the Flash, Aquaman and Ray Fisher’s Cyborg.
