New Deadpool 2 Promo Wants To Know What’s Your F Word?

In case you didn’t know – but judging from the alarming frequency in which we’re receiving marketing material, it really should’ve been apparent by now – Deadpool 2 completed the journey to home video today.

Along the way, the Merc with a Mouth picked up a quarter-hour of additional footage, and an audio commentary featuring Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, David Leitch and, of course, Ryan Reynolds – which Wade Wilson and company are deeming: Deadpool 2: The Super Duper [email protected]%!#& Cut. That said, the theatrical cut really is good enough to warrant the purchase, let alone with the slew of bonus content promised on the packaging, but I digress.

As I stated earlier, throughout the last week or so, we’ve witnessed an onslaught of promotional ballyhoo – not that we’re complaining, mind you – including a new teaser that one can’t help but feel is teasing Deadpool 3. Not to mention, the foul-mouthed mutant has launched a new website to commemorate the release, on which the wearer of the “big red body condom” is looking at you to fill the void left in the X-Force, as a result of Bedlam (Terry Crews), Shatterstar (Lewis Tan), Zeitgeist (Bill Skarsgård) and Vanisher (Brad Pitt) all meeting their end in Deadpool 2.

However, if you’re still in need of more convincing, the 20th Century Fox promotional department has cooked up another little gem of a featurette to win you over – which you can watch above. This time, “the studio that killed Wolverine” want to know: “What’s Your F Word?”

On a side note, you should know that director David Leitch is rumoured to be returning for Deadpool 3. So, while we await confirmation on whether or not the House of Mouse will be shutting down 20th Century Fox entirely, let’s hope they can churn out that threequel before the studio goes belly up.
