Rocket’s Location From The Avengers: Endgame TV Spot May’ve Been Revealed

While the new TV spot for Avengers: Endgame seems to mostly show our heroes in the early stretches of the movie before their next adventure has truly begun, Rocket looks to already be journeying into fresh territory, with one brief shot showing the raccoon as he enters a building by the sea. And while the context of this clip remains unclear, one user on Reddit has apparently worked out the scene’s location.

The post draws on an old leak shared by the Berwick Advertiser consisting of a series of photos of a mock pub named The Cormorant and Tun, located in St. Abbs, Scotland. Back in 2017, it was reported that Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth were all spotted at this location, and comparing these pics to the recent footage of Rocket, it looks like the Guardians of the Galaxy regular will also be joining them.

Before these photos resurfaced, there was some speculation that Rocket’s seaside location might be the setting of a new Asgard established by Thor as a home for his few surviving peers from Avengers: Infinity War and Thor: Ragnarok. This latest revelation seems to have put a damper on that theory, though having a British pub on the site of Thor’s new home almost sounds like something the God of Thunder would want.

In any case, after the grim events that unfolded in last year’s Infinity War, you couldn’t blame Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Thor, and Rocket for wanting a drink or two, though for all we know, the gang has completely different reasons for convening at this location. Either way, all will be revealed when Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26th, 2019.
