See Some Behind The Scenes Footage In New Captain America: Civil War Featurette

The Marvel Phase 2 box set went on sale today, and as well as including a replica of the Infinity Stone from Guardians of the Galaxy, the set is packed full of other extras and never before seen special features, including a behind the scenes look at Captain America: Civil War which features some new footage and concept art.

As well as Captain America and Iron Man squaring off, we also get another look at Black Panther and interviews with directors Joe and Anthony Russo, Chris Evans, Chadwick Boseman and Elizabeth Olsen, who teases an evolution of the Scarlet Witch’s powers since the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron. Finally, Kevin Feige weighs in on the importance of Captain America: Civil War in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Predictably, there’s no sign of Spider-Man in this featurette, and fans currently remain divided as to whether or not Marvel are going to keep his appearance under wraps until the film hits theatres, or if he’ll show up in the next trailer.

Regardless, Captain America: Civil War is shaping up to be 2016’s most exciting comic book movie. While this new featurette doesn’t give us a ton to go on, it does further emphasize just how big of a deal this first Phase 3 film is going to be, so make sure to check it out above and as always, let us know what you think in the comments section below.
