Spider-Man: Far From Home Trailer Said To Be Here By Next Friday At Latest

The build-up to the first Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer has been like a smaller-scaled version of the drama preceding the Avengers: Endgame trailer-drop, consisting of a series of reports, a last-minute delay, and of course, some disappointed Marvel fans. But just as the mythical first look at the Avengers: Infinity War sequel finally made the jump online last week, it seems that some footage from Spidey’s next solo outing could be just around the corner.

Twitter user @VeggieMadness claims to be an assistant manager at a movie theater and says that the Far From Home teaser will be showing before the most obvious of films:

“We received word that we are slated to put the trailer on the new Spider-Man: Enter the Spider-Verse movie”

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse is due for release this Friday, though in a subsequent message from @VeggieMadness, it’s alleged that the trailer could be shown at advanced screenings as soon as tomorrow:

“We have no current estimate on when it will arrive only that it should be in before the Advance showings for Thursday.”

But before fans get their hopes up all over again, MCU Cosmic’s Jeremy Conrad his doubts that this report is legit, suggesting that the footage might actually be saved for next week’s Aquaman:

“Still doesn’t sound like it’s this week. There is a really big live action super movie hitting theaters next weekend though.”

Meanwhile, TrailerTrack seems in agreement with Conrad’s forecast, while alleging that a trailer drop this week still isn’t out of the question:

“Apparently it seems like U.S. theatres might not have gotten it after all to play with Spider-Verse (they still might at last minute) but for now we’re going to say *next* Friday (the 21st) should be the latest it’s online by”

Those eagerly awaiting the first Spider-Man: Far From Home teaser are still fresh off a letdown from this past weekend, which saw a preview for the film screen exclusively for attendees of Brazil’s CCXP, but it certainly feels like we’ll be getting the teaser sooner rather than later. And when it does arrive, here’s hoping that fans will take well to Peter’s unlikely new partner.
