Among these actors is one that we weren’t always sure would be showing up for Marvel’s Phase 3 finale. Zoe Saldana took to Instagram with a video showing the lengthy process of having her Gamora makeup removed, indicating in the accompanying caption that this is the last time she’ll be going green-skinned for the new flick.

Seeing how Gamora was last seen falling to her death in Infinity War, the question is raised of how exactly she’s showing up in this next picture, whether it’s through flashback or time travel. Either way, an old set pic showing her in the same necklace that she wore for 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy seems to indicate that at least some of her scenes will be set further back in the timeline.

Incidentally, a recent tweet from Karen Gillan indicates that she finished her reshoots around the same time as Saldana, and going by the aforementioned set pic, it certainly looks like Gamora and Nebula will be sharing scenes. With this in mind, there’s a good chance that the film will further flesh out the complicated relationship between the siblings, while also continuing to explore the pair’s deep-rooted issues with their adoptive father Thanos.

In any case, there’s still some time speculate on the developments to come in Avengers: Endgame, and you can expect the continuing stream of leaked merchandise to offer further fuel for theories. All will be revealed, however, when the film hits theaters on April 26th, 2019.
