Closing out the summer festival season is New York's Electric Zoo, which takes place every year on Labor Day weekend and has been named one of America's Biggest Dance Parties by Rolling Stone. Spread out over three days and 24 acres in Randall's Island Park in Manhattan, this is definitely one event that should be on your to-do list. Closing out the summer festival season is New York’s Electric Zoo, which takes place every year on Labor Day weekend and has been named one of America’s Biggest Dance Parties by Rolling Stone. Spread out over three days and 24 acres in Randall’s Island Park in Manhattan, this is definitely one event that should be on your to-do list. With 5 stages and 118 acts set to play at this year’s festival, Electric Zoo is going to be bigger and better than ever.

For its sixth outing, the organizers have put together quite a line-up. With Alesso, A-Trak, Armin van Buuren, Benny Benassi, David Guetta, Jack U (!), Zedd, Nervo and Kaskade headlining, among many others, you might find yourself with some serious scheduling conflicts. And don’t worry about not finding enough music to move to, with artists from multiple genres (EDM, House, Techno, Trance, Dubstep, Trap etc.), there will be something for everyone at the fest.

If you head on over to the official Electric Zoo website, you can purchase General Admission, VIP Experience, and Platinum Experience 3-Day and Single Day passes. The tickets are reasonably priced as well, in comparison with some of the other major festivals, so there’s really no excuse not to pick them up immediately.

If we still haven’t convinced you of why Electric Zoo is worth every penny, check out the trailer below and see if that will do the trick. Trust us, there’s no better way to end off your summer than with a little dancing in the zoo.

I know I’ll be there, will you?
