Big Sean ft. Kanye West – Marvin Gaye And Chardonnay

After premiering his new track Marvin Gaye and Chardonnay at the G.O.O.D. Music Showcase, Big Sean has officially released the track. Featuring fellow G.O.O.D. music member Kanye West and Roscoe Dash, the track is a great listen and has me hooked. The song will be on Big Sean's upcoming debut album Finally Famous, which drops June 28th.

After premiering his new track Marvin Gaye and Chardonnay at the G.O.O.D. Music Showcase, Big Sean has officially released the track. Featuring fellow G.O.O.D. music member Kanye West and Roscoe Dash, the track is a great listen and has me hooked. The song will be on Big Sean’s upcoming debut album Finally Famous, which drops June 28th.

While many were questioning combining Kanye West (arguably the album’s biggest feature), with an artist like Roscoe Dash, I think it worked out pretty well. We get some solid production and a catchy hook. Ye and Sean trade rhymes in the highly anticipated track which for me at least, lives up to expectations.

Lyrics are a bit iffy and that vocal noise in the background is hugely annoying but still, I like this one, a lot. Throwing Dash on the track gives it a similar vibe to Wacka Flocka‘s No Hands (for obvious reasons) and it will probably become just as popular, especially in the clubs.

Speaking on the track, Big Sean said:

“It’s something people are going to be able to party to and has a great message at the same time. It’s just me and him going at it. I’m really excited about it. I can’t wait for the public to hear it.”
