“Sure And Certain” will act as the proper lead single for the band’s upcoming record, Integrity Blues, and it’s got the perfect formula to become a radio rock hit. Granted, it’s certainly no “The Middle,” and Taylor Swift probably won’t be lip-syncing this one in an Apple commercial anytime soon, but with a catchy, soaring chorus and nostalgic melodies, it’s yet another notch in the group’s belt of great songs.

Jimmy Eat World’s ninth full-length album, Integrity Blues, will arrive on October 21st via RCA Records, and it’s now available for pre-order on their official website. The album was produced by Justin Meldal-Johnson, whose latest credits include Young the Giant’s Home of the Strange and M83’s Junk. Integrity Blues will be the first record from the band in over three years, when they last released Damage in June of 2013.

If you’re itching for more new Jimmy, you can hear the previously released “Get Right” and check out “Integrity Blues,” the album’s title track that frontman Jim Adkins performed during his solo tour last summer.
