Kygo Performs Piano Rendition Of Stole The Show Live

Kygo's New Years resolution for 2015 must have been to prove that he sounds good even when you remove the pan flute synths. While festival season was still in full swing, he made something of a departure from his signature tropical house sound by uploading "Piano Jam" and "Piano Jam 2" to his SoundCloud account, and now he's revisited his acoustic musings with a live instrumental performance of "Stole The Show."

Vocalist Parson James accompanied the Norwegian producer onstage during an episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden. Seeing as how “Stole The Show” was already one of Kygo’s more minimal tracks from a production standpoint, it lends itself nicely to a piano-and-vocals rendition – and served as an opportunity for Kygo to prove that his instrumental aptitude translates well into a live setting.
