Ubisoft has announced that Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has gone gold, meaning that its high-tech soldiers will be ready for console-based war on May 22nd. After a couple of delays, it's great to hear that this hotly-anticipated game will soon be on store shelves, much to the delight of the series' throngs of fans. UBISOFT ANNOUNCES TOM CLANCY™’S GHOST RECON FUTURE SOLDIER GOES GOLD

MONTRÉAL – May 3, 2012 – Today, Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier has passed the gold master stage of development for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system. The game will be released on May 22 in North America.
