‘I’m an Armenian, I know genocide when I see it!’: Piers Morgan show explodes over ‘disgusting’ IDF shootings

"Vile" is the right word!

Public opinion of Israel is plummeting and, frankly, nobody should be surprised. Each day, the news cycle brings fresh atrocities from Gaza and its starving populace, with Israeli troops currently enforcing an artificial famine designed to wipe out its inhabitants.

After successfully smearing the UN aid agency UNRWA as terrorist sympathizers, Israel now has complete control of Gaza’s food, water, and medicine, meaning they’ve effectively placed a noose around every one of its inhabitants’ necks that it’s slowly tightening each day.

The Israeli-controlled “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” is widely considered to be a front for genocide, with 110 Palestinians queuing for supplies shot during “aid distribution” by Israeli forces. Gaza resident Mohammad Zeidan laid it out for the Guardian: “These are not aid distribution points. These are traps set for the people.

You are disgusting!

Israel’s justifications are getting ever more feeble, and many have concluded the time for diplomatic, measured debate is over. As proof, see this exchange from Piers Morgan Uncensored, in which conservative commentator Ana Kasparian gave the pro-Israeli Emily Schrader both barrels:

Not holding back, Kasparian told Schrader: “There’s no humanity. None, none. Shut up. I can’t even handle your voice. It disgusts me. I’m an Armenian, I know genocide when I see it. You are a defender of genocide.”

Kasparian’s Armenian great-grandparents were caught up in the Armenian genocide in 1915, which even a century later remains a hot-button topic, with Turkey still denying it ever took place despite overwhelming evidence, and she’s spoken about the subject on multiple occasions. When it comes to genocide, Kasparian knows her stuff.

The comments indicate her passionate rebuke is a release valve for anyone who’s been caught up in trying to argue about this with pro-Israeli supporters. Their general debate tactic is to constantly shift the goal posts, dismiss evidenced claims, tell a bunch of outright lies and, when that fails, accuse you of being a Hamas sympathizer. Kasparian cuts through all that with a simple “you disgust me”, which should be enough for anyone defending genocide.

One commentator sums it up succinctly: “I think she speaks for 99.99% of sane humans in a civilized world. Everyone has had enough of Israel.”, with another saying, “We live in a depraved society. Can you imagine how sick you have to be to justify killing innocent people, many of which are children?”

In a just world, there would be no debate, the facts of what Israel is doing are clear for everyone to see. But, if you hadn’t noticed, we don’t live in a just world. Israel is not about to stop slaughtering Palestinians, but at the very least, we should shame them with the reality of their genocide as often as possible.
