Latest Dishonored Videos Detail Your Tactical Options

A lot of games claim to give players the option to tackle the objectives however they want, however most of them fall flat. I remember when Bioshock was first announced, I was ecstatic to think that I’d be able to sneak by using my hacking skills to essentially get through the game without anyone ever knowing I was there. This turned out to be a bit of a pipe dream. Dishonored has started making similar claims, and I admit I was skeptical until I saw a couple of demo runs.

A lot of games claim to give players the option to tackle the objectives however they want, however most of them fall flat. This turned out to be a bit of a pipe dream.

Dishonored has started making similar claims, and I admit I was skeptical until I saw a couple of demo runs. While we still have a limited experience to go off, the developer runthroughs of the Golden Cat stage give us an idea of how different the game can play out.  I’ve always been a fan of “no kill” runs, and finding out that I can stealthily get through each objective without having to take any one out definitely has me excited. But who knows, I may just follow the second video and lay everyone to waste.

Dishonored is due to make its way to PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 come October 9th, so you’ve got plenty of time to start planning your tactics.
