Quite a surprise is the fact that Nolan North is the one behind The Penguin’s newly British voice for Batman: Arkham City. The voice-over veteran who has worked on a ton of games over the last while (including the Uncharted series) certainly has some impressive pipes.
You probably don’t believe this, but it’s true. Rocksteady‘s marketing game manager, Dax Ginn, confirmed this news during an interview with CVG. He also talked about all of the different villains Bats will be able to humiliate in the game.
