Just two weeks remain until the official release of Porter Robinson‘s highly anticipated debut album, Worlds. To drum up some excitement, the 22-year old American producer and DJ has released the final single off his project – Flicker.

Previewed in his Essential Mix earlier this month, Flicker represents a change of pace (or multiple paces, at that) for Robinson – straying away from its more mellow, melodic Worlds‘ predecessors (Sad Machine, Lionhearted), while still maintaining Robinson’s dubby roots and signature fluidity in mixing genres.

It’s clear that Robinson is stretching his legs on his debut album, and putting what has been a lengthy road to release to good use. If the triumverate of singles released are any indication, we’re all in for a treat on August 12.

Check out Flicker below, and let us know what you think.
