A shopper can’t find anyone to get his Tropical Punch juice, so he heads into the back to ‘go do it myself’

“Fine, I will do it myself”

A customer in a store wanted a bottle of juice that was stocked further back in a cooler than he could reach. After looking around for someone to grab it for him, he eventually decided to go get it himself. He filmed the whole thing on his phone, talking as he went, and the clip has since made its way around TikTok.

The video, posted under the account Rykerz_ae, opens with the shopper aiming his camera at a refrigerated juice rack. He pans the camera toward the back of the shelf, where a bottle labeled “Tropical Punch” can be seen, showing how far out of reach it is. “I can’t reach it, okay? And I’m. That’s not my job, furthermore, anyway,” he says.

After failing to spot any employee nearby, the shopper decides to take matters into his own hands. “So you can’t find nobody that works in this b—h, so I’m just gonna have to go do it myself,” he says, before leaving the sales floor and heading toward the back of the store.

The footage then follows him through a doorway into what looks like a stockroom, past pallets and boxes. “Open this g–dd–n door. Come on. Where do I go?” he asks, clearly navigating unfamiliar territory. He eventually finds what he’s looking for. “Where is the juice? Where was it at, child? Right here,” he says, before adding, “Damn. And one fell,” though the footage doesn’t make clear what fell or whether anything broke.

He seems to expect some blowback for going where he did. “They gonna be mad as hell when they find out somebody was in here,” he says. “I don’t give a F–k. Y’all need to be doing your job.” Store employees aren’t always thrilled with how customers handle their frustrations. One woman who brought her attitude into Best Buy while looking for a mic and a projector eventually got help from staff.

Reactions in the comments were mixed, with some viewers focusing on the fact that he left the freezer door open. “Didn’t even close the door lol,” one person wrote. Others joked about the risks of his trip, with one imagining someone taking the juice before he made it back. But not everyone was against him going into the back: one commenter identifying as a retail worker said they approved, arguing there was no reason to stand around for 10 minutes calling for someone to help.

He closes things out back on the sales floor, joking about his outfit. “And I’m coming back here with, uh, regular clothes on,” he says before ending the video with, “Now that’s how you get a motherf—-g juice.”
