California woman sees her Olive Garden bill quietly dropped by 75%. Then she gets too worried about it: ‘thought they were gonna call security’

A California woman’s Olive Garden bill dropped by hundreds of dollars in a single transaction. Jennifer‘s receipt from a San Francisco location shows a subtotal of $280.18 before tax. After tax, her total climbed to $304.35. A line on the receipt marked “75% reward discount” cut that number down to $76.09.

And she had ordered plenty of food. It includes two Tour of Italy entrées, two Chicken Alfredo entrées, Chicken Parmigiana, and Lasagna Classico. The bill also includes Five Cheese Ziti al Forno, Fettuccine Alfredo, Toasted Ravioli, and Calamari, along with Zuppa Toscana, breadsticks, Tiramisu, and Chocolate Brownie Lasagna.

Jennifer shared the receipt in a TikTok post dated September 8, 2026. She also left a note on the receipt. “I thought they were gonna call security,” the note reads. 

How did she get 75% off at Olive Garden?

Viewers wanted to know how she pulled it off. One person asked, “How’d you get it so cheap???” Another wrote, “I’m sorry. I still don’t get it.” Another commenter apparently tried it but couldn’t get the discount to appear. “wait mine is still showing full price on the check what am I doing wrong here,” the comment reads.

Jennifer responded to one confused viewer with a short instruction. “check the tutorial on my profile,” she wrote. That reply points to a second video she posted, one that lays out the steps behind the discount.

In a follow-up post Jennifer gives four steps. She tells viewers to go to Eatsvouch.com, click “Claim Reward,” complete four to five deals, and then claim the reward. The video does not describe an official Olive Garden promotion. It points to a third-party website instead.

Jennifer isn’t the only Olive Garden customer to get attention online for a surprisingly cheap meal. One customer recently showed how she paid just $38.90 for an Olive Garden family meal she said could feed 12 people. Not every receipt surprise has worked in the customer’s favor, though. Another diner couldn’t believe what Olive Garden charged her for dipping sauce after looking over her $48 bill.  

Her receipt shows that a $228.26 reward discount was applied, while her tutorial shows the steps she says she followed to get it. Exactly how the third-party reward resulted in the Olive Garden discount isn’t explained in either video.
