A TikTok user who posts as Zeid (@zeid1of1) said in a series of videos that a neighbor left a handwritten note on his car, calling him an “outcast” and warning that the vehicle did not belong in the space. His first TikTok video had 153,700 views. He said the note was tucked under a windshield wiper on a silver car.
Zeid held the paper up to the camera. The message, as shown in the video, read, “CAR DOES NOT BELONG HERE!!! YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED PS. I hope your insured 🙂 Outcast!” On-screen text in the clips included “Racist Karen” and “RACIST KAREN NEIGHBOUR.”
He said he pays 150 pounds a month for a single private bay and that the trouble started after he parked in “her bay one time like 6 months ago.” In the videos, he claimed that whenever the older woman sees him she uses racial slurs, swears, tries to record him, and makes threats.

In a later TikTok video, Zeid said, “I’ve got footage of hers’.” He then stated, “I’ve got Ring doorbell footage. I’ve got actual camera footage on my phone, clearly shows her face leaving the note.” He also said, “I’ve got footage of her calling me every racist word in the book, even words that wouldn’t even make sense for my skin color.”
He said he bumped into her son the next day. He described the son as about 4 years old and said the son told him his mom “would never do such a thing.” Zeid said the mother “says the maddest.”
He described three neighbors. He said the older woman is “the worst,” “the most racist,” and “the most angriest.” He said another man lives with his family and that “his wife is the one that’s the crazy one.” He said a third older man “thinks he’s a bit tapped” and that he thinks the man is ill.
Ages given for the woman shifted across the clips. He first said she was about 60 or 70, later said she might be 70 or even 80, and in another video said she was 90 years old. He said he has “so much footage of me and this old lady going back and forth, bare verbal,” but that he has held back because she is an older woman.
In another TikTok video, he said the conflict has gone beyond notes. He claimed they have keyed his car, popped multiple tires, and tried cracking some of his windows. He showed a long scratch on a car door, a flat tire, and a damaged side mirror.
He said that a few weeks earlier he found a popped tire on his Range Rover. He said they have been damaging his cars for years and that the first time was two years ago on his A-Class, when a neighbor keyed the whole front door. He said he was barely making any money then.
He claimed that the same neighbor takes pictures and records him. When asked why, he said the man’s excuse is always that the car does not have road tax, should not be driven, or does not have an MOT. This kind of neighborly dispute can escalate, as in a Florida case where a woman was filmed making a racist remark and threatening to call ICE on a man who had been hit by a car.
Zeid said he recently drove a G63 past the woman and described “the dirt she gave me.” He asked viewers what he should do. In one clip, he said he would not go to the police because, as bad as she is, “She doesn’t cause that much harm. She just leaves harmless notes, drops racial slurs here and there. I find it funny at the end of the day.” In an earlier clip, he said the racial slurs were “getting too much now.”
Graham Conway, managing director at Select Car Leasing, told The Mirror that leaving a frustrated note on someone’s car could potentially land the writer in trouble under UK law.
“If you touch someone else’s car, perhaps when lifting up a windscreen wiper to leave your note, you could be accused of damaging or scratching that person’s vehicle,” he explained.
“If the motorist you’re targeting drives for a living, you could also end up defaming them, or their business, by making accusations about the way they behave which could cause reputational damage. That’s particularly true if the note you leave is clear and visible for other people walking past to see and to read,” he added.
Some viewers urged him to involve the police. One commenter wrote, “Ask the police on what they can do. Because this is harassment/antisocial behaviour.” Another wrote, “Report it to the police, every time – it needs to be documented. If anything happens you have a paper trail of abuse that you can refer to. Saves you incase they lie about you or anything.”
One commenter wrote, “Give her a gift. Kill negativity with kindness.” Another wrote, “Stand up for yourself.” Parking disputes can escalate quickly, as when a Seattle woman confronted a man who kept taking her paid parking spot.
