The CW has today released the first official batch of images from next week’s episode of Arrow. Titled “Restoration,” the main focus of this instalment is going to be Lauren Lance returning to Nanda Parbat with her sister’s remains to ask the new Ra’s al Ghul (John Barrowman’s Malcolm Merlyn) to bring The Canary back from the dead.
One person who is likely to have a problem with that is Sara Lance’s lover, Nyssa al Ghul. Of course, thanks to promo material for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, we’ve known for a while now that the character will return, something which is likely to rob this episode of Arrow of at least some tension. In fairness though, the story behind how she’s brought back is a mystery right now, so there’s still a lot to look forward to.
There are a few other cool reveals in these new Arrow images, too, including Felicity and the future Mr. Terrific seemingly fighting off JR Bourne’s Jeremy Tell, a villain better known to comic book fans as Double Down.
For further details for what to expect from “Restoration,” check out the synopsis below. Be sure to also stay tuned to We Got This Covered tonight as we’ll have the promo for this episode of Arrow posted here later this evening!
The growing tension between Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey) puts both their lives at risk when they go after Damien Darhk (guest star Neal McDonough) and a H.I.V.E. deployed meta-human. Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) talks Thea (Willa Holland) into returning to Nanda Parbat to ask her father (John Barrowman) to put Sara (guest star Caity Lotz) into the Lazarus Pit. However, Laurel is surprised when Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) refuses to do it.
