If you still haven’t recovered from the shocking events of this past Tuesday’s episode of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. you may want to skip the following synopsis, as it seems to indicate that at least one main character is going to bite the bullet in the two-hour season finale next month.

To be fair, many fans will have figured something like this was on the cards, because the “Bouncing Back” episode opened with what appeared to be someone’s bloody demise in space. As of now, speculation points to it being either Mack or Yo Yo because of the gold cross necklace floating beside the corpse, but of course, that could well be misdirection.

Either way, have a read of the synopsis for the double episode below, and let us know who you think is going to be killed off in the comments section.

TUESDAY, MAY 17 (9:00 PM ET on ABC) — “Absolution” & “Ascension”

THE EPIC TWO-HOUR FINALE! #FallenAgent is revealed! It’s a showdown a season in the making as the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. try to thwart Hive’s master plan and take him down once and for all. But not everyone will survive the epic battle in the must-see Season 3 finale. Tune-in to find out who will live and who will die.
