Following that huge batch of stills, the first official teaser trailer for the sixth season of HBO’s Game Of Thrones has been released, and it brings us back to the House of Black and White for a creepy trip down memory lane.

The various ghoulish tributes to the Many Faced God are in their usual place, but this time some are very familiar. We begin with Ned Stark, then his just-as-dead son Robb and wife Caitlyn, before moving on to Joffrey Baratheon and none other than Jon Snow. Confirmation that everyone’s favourite bastard is indeed dead? Possibly – but that doesn’t mean he won’t be coming back.

More interesting is the final face we’re shown: Tyrion Lannister. This beloved character is still alive and well on the show, so what does this signify? Surely if they were planning to kill off such a major player they wouldn’t signpost it like this, so chances are it’s just a red herring to get people talking… at least, let’s hope it is! Now that the show has caught up to the books though, we’re all in the dark about what to expect.

Drop us a comment below and let us know what you think this is all about, and be sure to tune in to HBO when Game Of Thrones returns on April 24th.
