10 More Marvel Characters We Need To See On Netflix

When it was first announced that Marvel and Netflix were teaming up to develop shows revolving around Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist before uniting the heroes in The Defenders, comic book fans were understandably excited. While it would have of course been great to see those characters in their own big screen outins, what the online streaming service has done is essentially give them thirteen hour movies, something it's ultimately pretty hard to complain about.

When it was first announced that Marvel and Netflix were teaming up to develop shows revolving around Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist before uniting the heroes in The Defenders, comic book fans were understandably excited.

While it would have of course been great to see those characters in their own big screen outings, what the online streaming service has done is essentially give them thirteen hour movies, something which is pretty hard to complain about.

With Daredevil‘s second season bringing the likes of Elektra and The Punisher into the mix, it’s clear that these shows can be used to introduce other lesser known superheroes, some of whom could make for great supporting characters and others who definitely have the potential to hold their own in a series revolving solely around them.

What you’ll find in this article is a mixture of both, and while Netflix may currently be focused on The Defenders, this lot needs to join them sooner rather than later.
