Hakkai Shiba is the second-division vice-captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang and the younger brother of Taiju. Despite his cold-hearted appearance, Hakkai is a timid and friendly person. He has the opposing personality to that of his bloodthirsty brother. However, he is a formidable fighter who has taken down many rivals in fights.

Nahoya Kawata, also known as Smiley, is the older Kawata twin and the fourth-division captain of the gang. He is known to constantly wear a smile even during fights, making him a hard opponent to read. Smiley is also very protective of his younger brother, and loyal to his friends.
8. South Terano
Minami Terano, also known as South Terano, is the representative of the Rokuhara Tandai Gang and was the main antagonist of the Three Deities Arc. He is shown to have a sadistic and tyrant nature. His physical strength can take down an average fighter with one blow. South is short-tempered and trigger-happy, making him a terrifying person to be around, either as an ally or foe.
7. Shiba Taiju
Shiba Taiju is the leader of the Tenth Generation Black Dragons. He is widely known for his enormous build and monstrous strength. Sporting his signature crazed grin when fighting, Taiju’s presence and aura are imposing. He also has a brutal and sadistic personality and is fully confident in his fighting abilities all day, any day.
6. Izana Kurokawa
Izana Kurokawa is the leader of the Eighth Generation Black Dragons and the former leader of Tenjiku. Don’t let his fragile frame and cheerful exterior deceive you though, as Izana has a dark past that left him broken and twisted inside. Despite being mentally unwell, his mind is clear enough to read the minds and attacks of his opponents.
5. Hanma Shuji
Hanma Shuji, also known as the Zombie, is a Staff Officer of the Tokyo Manji Gang and Kisaki’s right-hand man. He later becomes the leader of the Valhalla Gang. Hanma is a cunning and ruthless character whose intelligence, combat prowess, and willingness to go to great lengths to achieve his goals make him a formidable adversary. Although he is not on par with the other members in terms of physical strength, he is capable of taking several hard hits and coming back, quite like a zombie would.
4. Senju Kawaragi
Senju Kawaragi was the fifth-division vice-captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang, and in an alternate timeline, she was the leader of the Brahman Gang. She is known to possess great strength which earned her the title as one of the Three Deities of Kanto. Despite being petite, Senju uses her small frame to her advantage, fighting like an acrobat. Overall, her leadership skills and fighting expertise make her one of the strongest characters in the series.

Baji Keisuke is a member of the Valhalla Gang and was a founding member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. First introduced as a villain, he is soon revealed to be a kind and caring character. Baji is known for his amazing combat skills and strategic mind which earned him respect in the eyes of his peers. He is dedicated to his friends, and is willing to do anything in the name of friendship.

Ken Ryuguji, also known as Draken, is the vice-leader and a founding member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He is widely known for his incredible physical strength, resilience, and ironclad loyalty to Mikey. Unlike most teenagers his age, Draken is bigger and more mature. He is shown to have unwavering support for his friends and is known to persevere in the face of adversity.

He is known to be the most formidable character in the series, possessing exceptional fighting skills, remarkable leadership qualities, and an invincible aura. Around friends, he is a carefree teenager who loves good jokes and pranks. He cares deeply for those he considers his close friends. As the leader of the Tokyo Manji Gang, his presence alone commands respect and fear among his allies and enemies.
