Video game companies have been slipping in real quality games recently. Of course there have been some hits in the passed year, however it's wasn't exactly the best year for gaming. If you ask me honestly, I think the video game companies have started slacking, and I'll tell you why!
Now that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been announced and dated, us fans are seriously wondering about the gameplay elements. The engines from Morrowind and Oblivion had their faults, that all true fans of the franchise could easily point out to you. Overall Bethesda Softworks had given great title after great title, and here's what they should do/avoid to make Skyrim an instant classic like Oblivion.
Why hello there all you people in internet land, as most of you probably already know, Tomb Raider, is once again getting a franchise reboot. I use this term loosely, Tomb Raider has had more reboots than Charlie Sheen's been arrested(Yeah, I went there). The usually busty treasure hunter, is now being shown in a much younger, much less top heavy form in this supposed prequel.

The independent game Minecraft has finally entered the long awaited Beta. Fans have been eager to see what the beta will bring. I personally enjoy minecraft and can't wait for more updates, especially Notch fixing multiplayer like he promised so long ago. It is assumed a major Christmas update will be released in similar fashion to the Halloween Special. Let's hope it's true.
